Those of us lucky enough to live in San Diego have plenty to be thankful for this holiday season, but even here in beautiful Southern California, there are many who are less fortunate and need a little help around the Holidays.

The Rock Church Thanksgiving Dinner with The San Diego Rescue Mission
Come out on Thanksgiving and help The Rock Church feed the homeless and those less fortunate. Everyone deserves a Thanksgiving meal, and you can help bring that to them. Click the link above for more information.
Father Joe’s Village Thanksgiving Day 5K”
Want to give back, but still have some fun while doing it? The Father Joe’s Village Thanksgiving Day 5K might be right up your alley. Every year, Father Joe’s Village holds an 5K run to raise money to help those in need. Proceeds from this event will go towards helping Father Joe’s Villages prepare and serve over 1 million meals to our homeless neighbors in need.
Give To The Red Cross
We are all busy during the Holidays, and not all of us are able to give of our time. This is more than understandable, but even if you can’t give of your time, perhaps you can give of your bounty. The Red Cross does more with your donation than any other charitable organization out there, and even a few dollars can go a long way to ensuring that someone less fortunate that yourself can have a happy Holiday.
