Most of the streets are lined with trees, and lower priced homes and rentals are a rarity. Hillcrest offers a wide variety of homes from beautiful older Craftsman style homes and bungalows, as well as many modern homes, condos, and apartment complexes. Parking is a huge problem in Hillcrest, so you would ideal want a home with its own private or assigned parking to avoid the hassle of looking for parking every day.
