The Anza-Borrego wild flower bloom is AMAZING this year. The heavier than usual rain fall has produced an absolutely unbelievable display that you don’t want to miss. Due to the quality of the bloom, traffic and congestion are heavier than usual so be sure to plan plenty of extra time, be ready to walk, and be sure to bring $5 for parking. The show only lasts for about two weeks so if you want to go, go yesterday.
Guests are advised to call the park’s 24-hour “Wildflower Hotline” at 760-767-4684 before planning a tour of the desert flora.
