Clairemont Real Estate
Clairemont is a residential area with an easy-going, suburban feel. Many of the homes in this area were built during the construction boom of the 1950s and 60s.
Clairemont is not built on a traditional grid system, but instead has many winding streets and scenic views along the canyons and bluffs overlooking Mission Bay. While primarily a residential community, there are pockets of commercial development. There isn’t much to do in Clairemont itself, but it is centrally located, and a short car ride provides access to much of what San Diego has to offer.
