I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dianna and the experience she provided us. Over a year ago my husband and I were just “thinking” about buying a home and she was there with us since day one. Since then she would add us to mailing lists, email us, and take time out of her busy schedule just to call and genuinely ask how we were doing- even though we weren’t actively looking of even pre-approved. When we were finally ready to buy a home we knew Dianna needed to be the one to guide us through the process. We were overwhelmed and nervous but at our first meeting she provided us a booklet with a step by step guide of each part of the process, terms and their meaning, and commonly asked questions. We were first time home buyers so we had 1000 questions and she was so patient through the whole process. She worked late nights and weekends to help us in finally buying our first home! She truly is so kind, genuine, and professional… someone you want to call a friend! We are thrilled to have worked with Dianna and can’t wait to invite her over to our home!
